Stay up to date with the latest information on COVID-19 as it relates to the NSCIBD program.

If you are located in NS and have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past few days please fill out the COVID Report and Support Screening Form: https://c19hc.nshealth.ca/self-report/   

The Report and Support screening form is being used to collect information to identify people who within 5-7 days of symptoms starting who are at higher risk of severe illness and may benefit from COVID-19 medications. COVID-19 medications do not benefit everyone. You will only receive a phone call for further assessment if you are eligible. This information also helps Nova Scotia Health better understand people or groups who may be at increased risk for severe disease and hospitalization.
